I’m getting a dog and I want to name it something that means “benevolence.” I”ve looked up translations online, but none of them really suit as a dog name – I don’t want her/his name to be in English though. Any suggestions?

My dogs name is Isabelle. people laugh, but I think it gives her a little more personality. she’s one of a kind, and with a real name, I think it makes her feel more of a real part of my life, rather than just a dog.
Isabelle is a Chihuaua by the way. Shes the tallest one you would ever see. Shes part pug, so she has super model legs, everyone says she looks like a baby deer.

i like sydney a lot. i’ve had it chosen for a dog name whenever i got a dog for forever. but now i think it may sound too much like sit.

What do you think is an odd name for a dog? I was watching the dog show on Animal Planet recently and they had a standard poodle on there whose name was Yes. I thought that was a rather strange name for a show dog. What do you think?
We are looking for a name that would fit a dog that looks like the springer spaniel. It should be a name that a man wouldn’t be embarrassed to yell out loud.
My aunt is getting a dog sometime this week and they have a name for it but i dont like it. Its going to be a guy dog so if you could think of a guy dog name.

I have never known of any dog named Fido, Rover, or spot. I think the top two are Max and Pepper. Either one could be used for male or female. Can you think of some others?
since i named my cousins dog shes making me name her male she just got.. anything helps. i tried handsome but it didn’t go very well. is there anything else similar close to handsome that will go with her name ?
