We just got a new dog named Powder. Her resent owner just died of cancer and they handed the dog over to us. We want to know what type of name would be good for a white female boxer dog? Please don’t give any girly names because my brother and dad won’t like it. We are ready thought of snowflake and marshmellow and we don’t like either of those. Thanks for your help!
IS Cracker BAD?
Good dog name?
Nothing too Girly becuase after all it’s going to be a tough dog so nothing like princess
We are looking for a name that would fit a dog that looks like the springer spaniel. It should be a name that a man wouldn’t be embarrassed to yell out loud.
I’m thinking of adopting a 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Lab mix named Precious. I don’t particularly care for that name, plus my aunts Chihuahua is named Precious… so I would want to change it. What sounds close enough so as not to confuse the dog? Is 3 years old too old to change her name?
Can I get some serious suggestions please? Thanks!

Please don’t say Sophie or Sophia because everyone always says that name for a Miniature Schnauzer and that’s my neighbor’s dog’s name.
My family is getting a chihuahua/pomeranian mix and can’t figure out a good name. My dog is a small brown/red female dog. She is really sweet and is tiny. Thanks for your help!
I’m getting a Weim in the next two weeks, and I’m looking for names. I probably won’t officially decide on a name until I have the dog. Any creative dog names would be helpful.
These are names I already have:
Willow
Hurley
Evangeline
Artemis
Fleet
All names are welcome, I’m waiting to hear your suggestions.
I just got another dog, and I want to name her something that goes along with my other dog’s name, Tootsie. I don’t want anything that rhymes because I don’t want to confuse them, just something that goes along with Tootsie.
She is a bull dog and we want an aggressive name for her bc she is so sweet but we can fool people with her name
Can a famous and distinguishable dog trainer like Cesar Milan train a male dog that’s not neutured to calmly sit still next to a female dog in heat for a long time and not yelp and whine? Is it possible? I only hear about dog trainers and vets instructing to separate the dogs when the female dog is in heat. What about training the male dog to resist the urge of a female dog in heat and behave itself calmly?
