Signature Doggies

I used to have this game when I was little and i cannot remember the name of it. It was a white plastic dog, when you moved its tail it had spots that moved. There was something on the spots but then you had to match the way the spots were aligned to cards you had. Each of the cards had different dog names and all i remember is one of them was pink and named Bradley. That probably sounds really weird but its been bugging me and I can’t figure out what it’s called. This was like the 90’s. Thanks!
